Lenny helped me so much with the ODIN Talent Scan. It was for me so enlightening and inspiring. To be able to see my natural strength and my challenges, will help me set up my coaching business. I even learned a few things about myself I wasn’t even aware of. The way Lenny shared the ODIN Talent scan was really clear and she is really patient as well. Thank you so much!!

I recently took the Odin talent scan through ExpatCareers, and it was a very valuable experience. The assessment provided a clear and accurate picture of my natural strengths, development potential, and pitfalls. The report is well-structured and easy to understand, offering concrete insights that help guide both my personal and professional growth. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to gain deeper insight into their drivers and make more future-oriented choices.

Oeeh uhm, I think mainly listening more to my gut feeling and trusting it more. I wasn’t really that consciously aware of it before. And after this, maybe try a more strategy-focused project! I’m curious to see if I’d notice that it actually costs me less energy.

What clients discovered completing the talent scan...
.
This client came to me as her job as senior communication advisor didn't give her the fulfillment anymore as she wanted to pivot to coaching. The talent scan gave her the insights that her talents align with coaching (not with communication) and she needs to rely more on setting boundaries and developing judgement to become a strong coach in her field.
.
Her main struggle was that she had a hard time defining what she wanted in her career. All goals, objectives that she faced seemed to belong to her environment. This aligned with her outcomes as her internal compass was not developed. She lived her life blank, after the session this helped her gain the clarity she needed to set herself objectives for her life.

This is how I discovered my talents and how I used this to pivot my career
I did my Talent Scan in 2019 while working at Rabobank in procurement, after training as a lawyer. On paper it fit as I hold a master in Law. In reality, I felt drained and stuck in constant proving mode.
The scan was a wake-up call. It instantly revealed why my legal path exhausted me, exposed my patterns (over-adapting, proving, suppressing strengths), and clarified where I naturally create value without long questionnaires that gives you only insights in your conscious knowledge.
That clarity gave me the confidence to pivot into transformation consulting at Accenture, stepping into an advisor role and a new leadership identity: grounded, clear, and recognized as critical talent without overworking or over-proving.
It showed me how to perform at a high level in a high-pressure role while still creating space for what I wanted to build next. Since then, that same clarity has guided both my career and my business.
Everything started with the talent scan for me.
With experience across Legal, Recruiting, Procurement, and Technology Consulting, I understand the corporate landscape and how to navigate successful pivots across roles and industries.
I know what it’s like to be capable, international, and still not achieving what I desire.
I’ve worked inside large consulting environments, sat on the hiring side, recruited and seen up close why some people keep getting interviews and others don’t even when they’re equally qualified on paper.
What I’ve learned (and now teach) is this: Careers don’t stall because of missing skills, but because people struggle to articulate their value at a senior level.
Today, alongside my work in consulting, I coach international professionals in the Netherlands who want to move into €75k+ roles without over-applying, over-explaining, or hiding behind job descriptions.
My clients don’t come to me for motivation.
They come because they want:
clarity on what they’re actually good at
a positioning that fits how the Dutch market hires
and a way to show leadership, not just experience
This proven talent scan is the starting point on discovering on what you are actually good in. What is your potential and what should you better not to in a role. It creates simple insights, with tremendous value for your career. Now, and in the future.
For me its the only talent scan I'm still using, as this is the one that for me gave me the insights I know I'm most aligned to.
